Lake House, 2025

The client contacted us to evaluate the designs for their new house by the lake. Their primary goals were to reduce heating expenses during winter while maximizing their beautiful view to the east. We reviewed each aspect of the provided plans and consulted with the builder on methods to create an airtight building envelope and specifications for windows and insulation to optimize the property. Construction should finish this year.

East Church Street Flat, 2025

We provided the new homeowner of this flat with an EPC and energy consultation. We issued a report with plans for renovating the current issue areas and recommendations on upgrades to the ventilation system and insulation to reduce future mold growth and improve the EPC rating of the property.
